Never forget how you painted it.
A paint recipe is a list of steps: prime, basecoat, wash, layer, edge highlight and so on, each linked to the paint you used. Keep one for every part of the model (armour, cloaks, bases) and your army stays consistent however long it takes.

Give your painting group a page.
A local club, a Discord, six friends painting the same campaign: start a club and it gets its own page at my.hobbydouble.com/c/yourclub, filled with the work its members choose to share with it. Nobody hands their projects over — tick a box on a project and your clubs can see it, untick it and it's gone.
